Raiffeisen Bank received a certificate of compliance with ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard

Raiffeisen Bank received the certificate of compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard regarding the information security management system for banking services.

The certificate was issued after the successful completion of certification audit in 10 locations of the Raiffeisen Bank head office.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is the international standard that essentially contains a set of world best practices in information security management. They ensure that the company meets the highest security criteria, has the controlled information security risks and in general, is able to respond effectively to modern threats of information security.

Security remains the important value for Raiffeisen Bank clients, so it is the integral part of all the bank products and services. The latest technologies and the best world experience are used to ensure the flawless customer experience.

On the one hand, Raiffeisen Bank's certification guarantees the clients` data security, and on the other hand gives confidence to partners and regulatory authorities on full control over the management of information resources and the stability of IT systems in Raiffeisen Bank.

The bank was certified by the international company Bureau Veritas Certification in three stages over 5 months. It provided the independent assessment of processes in various departments (business, HR, IT, security, audit, etc.). Now all interested clients and contractors can get acquainted with the received certificate, including at tenders.

Information security is the continuous process, so every three years Raiffeisen Bank must undergo re-certification and annually confirm the certificate in the framework of sample audits.
