The conference TEDxKSE: Chain Reaction took place in Kyiv at the support of Raiffeisen Bank Aval
Kiev. 16 Oct. — 13 October Kiev was held a conference TEDxKSE: Chain Reaction, which if the support of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, arranged Kyiv School of Economics. The main topics of the current events was the social star’ties and Ukraine's development in General.
In the format of TEDx lectures of famous Ukrainian economists, designers, artists and science, futurists and entrepreneurs talked about how small steps each of us can transform not only our own life but — the life of the whole country.
world Bank Consultant and Professor at the Kyiv school of Economics Olga Kupets shared with the audience interesting statistics about gender stereotypes in Ukraine and the experience of the Scandinavian countries, where learned runopen’Yu. Vrzhesh Paul, co-founder and creative Director of the Agency Banda, helped listeners to understand how to create creative projects. According to him, it is necessary to be naive and continue to work in spite of any failures and difficulties.
Among the papers were coffee breaks, so everyone could personally talk with the speakers, to share their observations and discuss. It is worth noting that TEDxKSE organization: Chain Reaction engaged the students of the Kyiv school of Economics, so the conference was twice as powerful in terms of education!
Further thanks to the speech of Vladimir Vakhitov, Professor of the Kyiv school of Economics, an expert in the field of econometrics, urban studies and behavioral Economics, students learned about how to improve the city's economy.
